began hosting parties while based in Zurich, Switzerland in the late 1980's. When I moved back to Toronto in the nineties I ran my own nightclub (The Beehive) and hosted parties & events for brands and charities. After the release of “Cocktail Parties For Dummies” and a record deal with BMG, I found myself working for various companies wearing many hats. I formed Happy Fingers Music and quickly found myself busy as an event planner and emcee. I would suggest caterers, venues and specialized in booking entertainment for gala events to raise money for charities such as Covenant House, The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, The National Ballet of Canada, The Canadian Opera Company, Big Brothers and Unison Benevolent Fund. Some other clients include: Tim Hortons, HMV, Gillette and Smirnoff. Celebrities who have enjoyed Jaymz Bee private events include: Timothy Leary, Jim Carrey, "Weird Al" Yankovic, and Canadian icons Al Waxman, Jack Layton and Mr. Dressup!

 

While I enjoy the challenge of a big corporate event or charity gala, I’m equally pleased to emcee a small event or take my salon to you! We arrive with singers, musicians, a tiny PA and as an added feature bonus: we can bring in a videographer to supply you with a short clip of highlights to share on social media. 

 

I have 19 years of producing concerts and live to air shows for JAZZ.FM91 and have been the music director for Mark Breslin's NYE comedy extravaganza at Massey Hall countless times. Other favourite venues include: Koerner Hall, Palais Royale, Lula Lounge, Old Mill Toronto and most recently Paradise Theatre.
